MAH B.ED CET 2023:

MAH B.ED cet is a state level exam organised by maharashtra CET cell to grant admission into B.ED courses to govt & private institutes across Maharashtra. B.ED or Bachelor of Education is a 2 year professional course that is done after graduation to work as a teacher in schools. According to the National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE), it is mandatory for all teachers to have a B.ED course.

MAH B.ED CET 2023: Eligibility Criteria

Any UGC recognized university graduate with Minimum 3 years degree & or minimum two (2) year post graduate degree with specified marks 

• He/She must have secured a minimum of 55% marks either in bachelor’s degree & or in Master’s degree. (minimum 50% marks in case of backward class category candidates belonging to the state of maharashtra.
• The candidate should be an Indian citizen.
• All the candidates including backward class candidates having Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree from Out of Maharashtra University will be considered as Open Category Candidates.
• The candidates appearing for the final year examination of any Bachelor’s Degree are eligible to apply as well.

Teacher Aptitude: Awareness about changes in the society & education, Leadership Qualities, Keenness to update Existing Knowledge, Communication & Professional commitment.

General Knowledge: Past Happenings, History, Geography, Civics, Political science, Current Affairs, Science & Technology, Literature & Education.

Mental Ability: Relationship, Series & Numbers, Analogies, Syllogism, Classification, Coding-Decoding, Problems on Dice.

COUNSELLING:

MAH B.Ed CET 2022 Counselling is expected to be conducted in three rounds.

• Through MAH B.Ed CET 2022 Counselling rounds, State CET Cell will allocate seats into colleges to the qualified candidates based on the merit list.
• Only applicants who have cleared MAH B.Ed CET 2022 will be eligible for the counselling process.
• Candidates who have qualified for the exam will be required to register for CAP Counselling online at the official website.

• Candidates must visit the official website of Maharashtra State CET Cell – cetcell.mahacet.org. 
• Click on the link referred to as MAH B.Ed CET 2022 Admit Card (Hall Ticket or Admission Ticket).
• Candidates must enter their login credentials, i.e. Application Number, and their password.
• After logging, candidates must then download their MAH BEd CET 2022 Admit Card by clicking on the link given.
• Candidates must then print the Admit Card on an A4 sheet for future references.
