St. Xavier 2023: 

St.Xavier’s BMS entrance exam is held for UG admission to St. Xavier’s College. St. Xavier’s College in Mumbai administers the Xavier’s BMS entrance exam for admission to Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS), Bachelor of Arts (Mass Communication & Journalism (BA MCJ), & Bachelor of Mass Media (BMM) programmes.

The Xavier entrance exam must be taken by applicants who want to enrol in any of the bachelor programmes offered by St. Xavier Colleges. The programmes offered by St. Xavier Colleges  are Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS), Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication & Journalism (BA MCJ), & Bachelor in Mass Media (BMM) programs. The exam conducted by St. Xavier is online based (Computer- Based - Test).

St. Xavier 2023 Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates who have passed 12th (10+2) exam or equivalent exams from a recognised board are eligible for the selection test.
• In order to be eligible, applicants must receive a minimum aggregate score of 65% for general applicants, 55% for SC or ST applicants, & 60% for Christian minorities.
• Candidates born on or after June 1, 2000 are eligible to appear for Xavier’s BMS entrance test.

St. Xavier Selection Process:

Selection is the process of choosing the most suitable student out of all applicants and the selection process varies for different colleges and exams. Based on the different selection criteria students are selected for a particular course.

The selection procedure is based on 2 factors:

• Performance in the entrance exam (60%)
• marks obtained in the Std. XII Exam(qualifying exam - QE) (40%)
